
The REPAIRING HUB offers a structured and standardized B2B repair service for shops and brands: we collect directly from the shop, repair them and deliver them back within a few days.
The repair process requires the Brand and RP (Repairing Hub) to evaluate the most common repairs, standardize them, codify them and establish their cost. Logistics are defined and training is provided to store staff.
The customer brings the item to be repaired, the item is coded by customer and repair type, then sent to the RP to be repaired. After the repair, the item returns to the store and the customer.
How to start the project?
1) TRAINING: comparison with the company's product managers to comply with quality standards
2) STORE: warehouse of repair items (zips, sliders, studs...)
3) CAPACITY: weekly merchandise circulation capacity - from 500 to 1000 pieces per week
