The people Prism hires come from fragile backgrounds, especially migrants, who find themselves starting their lives from scratch.
With Prism they find a job and support to get back into the game
We work closely with the Work Placement Office of the Municipality of Milan and Third Sector Entities to intercept vulnerable people.
Over the last two years we have provided employment to 20 people from 15 different nationalities:
Gambia, Guinea, Nigeria, Mali, Ecuador, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Georgia, Egypt, Albania, Bangladesh, Italy, Mexico, Hungary and Togo
We are partners of several universities throughout Italy, both for the activation of curricular and extracurricular internships and for study and research projects on environmental sustainability
We work with schools and technical institutes as corporate partners for school-work alternation and curricular internships.
